In 2012, FMP adopted the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). FMP’s ESOP is an ownership and profit-sharing retirement plan, which enables participants to share in the growth of FMP. The plan is a benefit program, provided at no cost to employees, that rewards long-term tenure and corporate success, while also ensuring business continuity and succession planning at FMP. Additionally, the ESOP enhances FMP’s already strong existing culture of entrepreneurialism, accountability, and transparency.
