A proven senior leader, program manager and team builder, Ellen Tunstall has comprehensive Federal HR expertise and experience. She is an experienced public speaker, trainer and facilitator. Since joining FMP as a Senior Advisor in 2006, she has used her Department of Defense and Office of Personnel Management executive experience to provide strategic advice on significant FMP projects across Government.
Ellen is a Fellow with the National Academy of Public Administration, former chair of the HR Curriculum Advisory Committee for The Graduate School, USA, and an adjunct staff member of the RAND Corporation where she focuses on international talent management issues. Ellen holds a B.S. in Sociology from James Madison University and an M.S. in Business Management from Troy State University (European Campus).
