FMP Among Top 40 Vendors to Earn a Place on GSA OASIS SB Pool 1. On November 15, 2019 FMP was awarded a spot on the General Services Administration’s (GSA) One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) Small Business (SB) contract vehicle. FMP is among the top 40 scoring vendors to earn a place in OASIS SB Pool 1, which includes services related to program management, management consulting, logistics, engineering, financial management, and scientific support. Designated a Best-in-Class Solution, the OASIS SB vehicle is a multiple-award indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) that helps agencies meet their spend under management goals, while also supporting their Small Business Program goals. Through this vehicle, FMP will continue its long-standing partnerships with numerous agencies across the Federal Government by providing flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services in the areas of: human capital management, organizational effectiveness and transformation, change management and communication, technology assessment and implementation, workforce learning and development, program evaluation, performance management, and employee selection and assessment.

GSA PRofessional Services Schedule
The GSA Professional Services Schedule (PSS) is a multiple-award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) schedule that offers federal agencies direct access to business services and solutions that strengthen organizational performance. Through this vehicle, we provide services that help our clients improve the effectiveness of their organizations through management and strategy consulting, facilitation and decision support services, training services (including instructor-led and web-based training, course and curriculum development, and learning program management and evaluation), and program and project management.
FMP is a prime contractor on this vehicle for services described by Special Item Numbers (SINs) 874-1, 874-4, and 874-7.
GSA Schedule 738X: Human Capital Management and Administrative Support Services
Through GSA Schedule 738X, our clients engage us to provide the full range of human capital support services, including talent acquisition, talent development, performance management, compensation and benefits, separation and retirement, employee and labor relations, workforce analytics, agency human capital evaluation, and agency human capital strategy, policy, and operational planning.
FMP is a prime contractor on this vehicle for services described by Special Item Numbers (SINs) 595-2, 595-3, 595-4, 595-5, 595-6, 595-7, 595-8, 595-9, 595-10, and 595-21.
GSA IT Schedule 70
IT Schedule 70 is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) multiple-award schedule that provides direct access to technology products, services and solutions. Through GSA IT Schedule 70, we provide a variety of IT-focused offerings, including custom software design and development, requirements definition and analysis, process analysis and improvement, systems integration, Section 508 compliance, data management, enterprise reporting, and Project Management Office (PMO) support.
FMP is a prime contractor on this vehicle for services described by Special Item Number (SIN) 132-51.
As a certified Virginia SWaM program, FMP is able to offer services to state and local government clients in the Commonwealth of Virginia through the eVA Procurement System. This web-based vendor registration and purchasing system allows state agencies, colleges, universities and many local governments to use eVA to conduct all purchasing and sourcing activities for goods and services.
