Training Design, Development, & Delivery
FMP uses the ADDIE methodology (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) to create instructional materials that specifically address the needs of target learning audiences. We use proven learning models and adult learning principles to guide our work and reach participants with a variety of learning patterns.
Learning Program Evaluation
Through evaluating high-priority learning programs, we examine the interplay of learning reaction, behavior, and results to create a complete picture of how a learning program is performing.
Leadership Development & Coaching
Leaders are charged with setting a strategic vision, inspiring and motivating employees, and providing the means by which employees can develop their professional and personal competencies. To help our clients develop and engage effective leaders, we conduct leadership assessments using validated instruments, design custom leadership development programs, and offer expert executive coaching services.
